Who can I contact to apply for wholesale pricing?
Please email your request to [email protected] with the Subject Title “Wholesale Pricing Request.” Please include a contact name, phone number, company name, and e-commerce url if applicable.
How much do I need to deposit to get a wholesale order started?
Orders are processed once a 50% deposit has been made to start the process. The remaining 50% payment is required before shipment is made.
What are the lead times for an order?
Please see each block for the expected lead time. The lead time is an estimate and we do everything possible to meet the commitments. However, there may be circumstances outside of our control that may extend the lead time.
Are shipping costs included in the whole sale price?
Prices do not include shipping costs. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order.
Are wholesale purchases refundable?
Wholesale orders are not refundable once an order has been placed. If the order has been placed and we have started production for the quantity requested than the money collected will not be refundable.
